Job Role and Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, including mandated use of personal protective equipment at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to promote a safe environment
• Properly and safely operate hand and power tools as assigned
• Engage in various tasks such as working in kilns, setting up concrete forms, and handling loading/unloading of finished products onto trucks

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Regular exposure to high levels of concrete dust
• Mandatory use of safety gear such as hard hats and steel-toed boots during work
• Effective time management skills with an understanding of manufacturing urgency
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production objectives

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required to apply for this position.
