About the Role

As a member of the Infosys delivery team located in Trivandrum, Kerala, you will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation journeys of our clients. Your core responsibilities will span design, development, validation, and support within the mainframe technology domain, ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate client needs into precise system specifications.
• Estimate work efforts collaboratively to inform project leads and managers on resource planning.
• Contribute to the development of efficient software and systems tailored to client demands.

Technical Expertise and Knowledge Areas

• In-depth experience with turbomachinery, specifically gas turbine rotors.
• Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including Changeman toolsets.
• Strong grasp of software design principles and architecture fundamentals.
•  Familiarity with performance engineering concepts.
• Understanding quality assurance processes and estimation methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of project domain and application of functional and non-functional requirements in system design.
• Ability to design and code complex program modules, and develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
• Awareness of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Up-to-date with current technologies, trends, and best practices.
