Role Responsibilities

• Create and maintain business analysis frameworks, including data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical methods that support service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency aligned with business goals.
• Implement business monitoring and early-warning systems to track important KPIs, detect anomalies or risks, and provide actionable data insights for decision-making.
• Derive business insights by analyzing data alongside market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities or challenges and offer strategic recommendations that drive implementation.
• Offer analytical support to key projects by tracking their progress and outcomes, addressing issues, and facilitating the achievement of business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into data product features, spearheading development of dashboards and business intelligence tools to enhance data accessibility and support efficient decisions.
