Position Overview

You will lead and manage the preparation of all breakfast dishes, focusing on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the preparation and production of hot and cold breakfast items during service hours.
- Ensure breakfast food quality, consistency, and detailed presentation standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate kitchen staff involved in food preparation for breakfast.
- Plan and control food quantities and plate presentation to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain organizational efficiency and cleanliness in your kitchen section throughout service.
- Prepare and present food in ways that exceed guest expectations with a focus on their wellbeing.
- Comprehend guest preferences and deliver high-standard service at all times.
- Support kitchen team with preparation tasks for daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hotel property standards.
Candidate Profile
- Completed Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery Certification.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for the culinary industry.
- Previous experience in a comparable culinary role.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Motivated to advance their culinary career.
- Self-driven, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Possesses problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do mindset.
