Job Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated Civil Engineers who will either work primarily at the office or in the field, with responsibilities divided accordingly.

Office-Based Female Civil Engineers:

• Compile comprehensive property valuation reports.
• Authenticate property-related documents along with their technical specifics.
• Liaise efficiently with financial institutions and field engineers involved.
• Keep accurate valuation records and manage management information systems.
• Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Field-Based Male Civil Engineers:

• Perform on-site property inspections and site visits.
• Confirm precise property measurements, construction aspects, and site conditions.
• Capture photographs and gather necessary site information.
• Collaborate with office personnel for report creation.
• Complete all inspection assignments within set deadlines.
• Possession of a two-wheeler for travel to field locations is compulsory; a fuel allowance will be provided.
