Job description
Overview
Join our affiliate marketing team as an Affiliate Manager, contributing to the growth of our iGaming products and services by managing key affiliate relationships and executing targeted campaigns to acquire players. This position is based in Malta and offers the chance to engage with diverse affiliate partners from international markets within a dynamic and technologically advanced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily interactions and relationships with affiliate partners.
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, focusing on conversion rates and traffic quality.
- Provide affiliates with marketing collateral and campaign-related support.
- Analyze player lifetime value and traffic data to inform strategy.
- Address inquiries and support requests from affiliates promptly.
- Manage commission tracking and ensure timely payment processing.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports detailing affiliate program performance and insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in affiliate management within the online gaming or related sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing principles specific to online gaming.
- Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers or Cake.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their impact on affiliate outcomes.
- Proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools.
- Good command of English for both written and verbal communication.
