Internship Overview
This internship at ConsultBae centers on supporting the recruitment team in sourcing and managing talent acquisition activities remotely. The intern will gain hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, outreach, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling recruitment for various positions across multiple sectors.
- Screen and shortlist resumes obtained through job portals according to hiring criteria.
- Conduct 100-120 outbound calls daily to engage candidates, assess interest and availability, and explain open roles.
- Arrange interview schedules and provide candidates with necessary details.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to reduce dropout rates and ensure engagement.
- Keep recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and internal records updated accurately and punctually.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to share recruitment updates and support the achievement of hiring goals on schedule.
- Guarantee a positive and professional candidate experience by promptly addressing queries and maintaining transparent communication.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a remote internship assignment.
