This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting top talent by managing the end-to-end hiring process at a dynamic real estate startup. As a Talent Acquisition intern at Truva, you will be instrumental in sourcing candidates through innovative methods and ensuring a seamless hiring cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, AI-powered tools, job portals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Take ownership of the hiring workflow by coordinating communications between candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining momentum throughout the recruitment stages.
- Drive the closing of open roles by managing candidate follow-ups, optimizing their experience, and assisting in moving candidates from application to selection.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to commit to a full-time, in-office internship during the specified timeframe.
- Ability to start between August 27, 2026, and October 1, 2026.
- Willingness to engage for a duration of three months.
- Must possess relevant skills, enthusiasm for recruitment, and a keen interest in talent acquisition processes.
