Highway Delite invites passionate candidates to join as Support Executives, offering vital operational assistance to ensure seamless daily business functions. This internship focuses on managing support tickets, collaborating with internal departments, and facilitating smooth workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets and requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple teams to address and solve issues promptly.
- Maintain precise documentation and records.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- Update and maintain data within company systems accurately.
- Follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient business operations through consistent support.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and related parties.

- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship in Mysuru.
