Internship Overview
This internship gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources functions while working remotely for a digital marketing consultancy and branding services company. You will contribute significantly to various HR tasks, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration aimed at fostering efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening applications, and shortlisting suitable talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communication with candidates.
- Handle recruitment portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Broxer to facilitate hiring processes.
- Support onboarding activities, maintain documentation, manage attendance records, and assist with general HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and assist in daily HR administrative tasks.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Fundamental understanding of recruitment procedures and HR workflows.
- Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
