About the Internship
Join Biotastic Health Systems as a Customer Success Intern, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless post-sale engagement with clients. Your daily tasks will range from sending scheduled milestone communications to managing customer queries and supporting sales and finance teams. You will gain deep knowledge of various wellness products including red-light therapy devices, cold plunges, saunas, PBM Beds, pods, and hyperbaric oxygen chambers. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer relationship management within a rapidly growing wellness technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate every post-sale milestone punctually, including welcome emails at order closure and updates during installments, quality checks, dispatch, installation, and multiple follow-up check-ins through day 30.
- Acquire thorough understanding of the product lineup to effectively address client questions.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
- Assist the sales team in monitoring and collecting the outstanding 50% payments for orders.
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding dispatches and coordinate with the finance department on invoices, quotations, and e-way bills.
- Transform internal site-visit reports into polished, customer-ready documents.
- Understand warranty policies to help resolve basic warranty-related questions.
- Contribute to refining and documenting the milestone communication process, aiming for eventual automation.
Candidate Eligibility

Compensation and Benefits
