Join Humanity Founders as an Assistant Program Manager intern where you'll closely collaborate with the founder and core team to support active programs, projects, and internal workings of a dynamic startup. If you thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment and adapt well to ambiguity, this position offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in program management and significant contribution to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations and facilitate clear, consistent communication across multiple teams.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and revising project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings by taking detailed notes and distributing concise summaries and actionable follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize project tasks using management platforms like Notion, ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution.
- Support in documentation efforts, process monitoring, and workflow optimization within a growing startup environment.
- Contribute to recruiting processes, including interview scheduling and candidate tracking activities.

Skills & Competencies

Stipend & Perks
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 3000 to 6000.
