Join Peblo, a promising seed-funded ed-tech startup supported by the SAS Group, as an AI Image Generation Artist Intern working remotely. In this role, you will create original and compelling visual assets using cutting-edge AI image generation platforms to enrich Peblo's animated and educational content designed for children aged 5 to 12.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce innovative, high-quality visuals by leveraging modern AI tools tailored for educational animation.
- Work closely with scriptwriters, educators, and designers to bring to life characters, scenes, and user experiences that align with Peblo's narrative and branding goals.
- Transform creative directions into concept art, storyboards, and final artwork ensuring consistency and appeal for young audiences.
- Apply both manual illustration skills and AI techniques to iterate and refine artwork based on diverse feedback.
- Play a role in shaping the company's visual style and experiment with novel AI art processes during the product development phase.
- Maintain cultural relevance, inclusivity, and joy in all creative outputs in line with Peblo's values.
- Oversee asset management, version control, and documentation to support seamless team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
Applicant Eligibility
This internship is best suited for Computer Science Engineering students ready to engage in a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to start between September 1st and October 6th, 2026, and commit to a six-month duration. Ideal applicants possess relevant skills and interests in AI-based image creation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in illustration, animation, game art, or digital media focused on children’s visual content.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character and environmental concept art alongside storytelling illustrations oriented towards children.
- Proficiency with premier AI image generation platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or Adobe Firefly.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles tailored for young learners.
- Sensitivity toward Indian cultural nuances and ability to adapt global visual styles for Indian children.
- Effective collaboration skills within diverse and dispersed teams, with agility to adapt to feedback and changing project needs.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to independently produce top-quality work on tight deadlines.

Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to 15,000.
