About the Internship
We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Automation Intern to contribute to the creation of an AI-driven centralized communication and operations platform. This platform aims to unify diverse teams, projects, customer and school data, complaints, tasks, and operational updates. It will feature an AI assistant to help users quickly access information and automate routine activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing an internal operations platform empowered by AI.
- Establish centralized databases containing information on schools, students, customers, projects, and operations.
- Develop a management system for issues and complaints.
- Create AI agents capable of retrieving information, answering queries, and supporting team activities.
- Implement automated workflows managing notifications, task assignments, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Integrate various tools such as email services, databases, and communication platforms.
- Continuously test and enhance the system based on practical business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for Generative AI, AI Agents, and automation technologies.
- Familiar with AI tools as well as no-code/low-code platforms.
- Ability to analyze business workflows and convert them into automated processes.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and logical reasoning.
- Open to exploring new AI technologies and experimenting with innovative tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Supabase, Bubble.io, or Replit.
- Background in developing AI agents or workflow automations.
- Basic knowledge of API usage and system integrations.
- Familiarity with coding is beneficial but not required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to work remotely and be available to start between August 28, 2026, and October 2, 2026. The internship lasts six months and requires relevant skills and interests. Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
Stipend for this internship is INR 2000 per month. Interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and enjoy flexible working hours.
