Role Overview and Responsibilities
This opportunity is designated exclusively for candidates selected via the Prime Minister's Internship Scheme through their official portal. The internship facilitates hands-on observation and gaining experience in scheduling, production monitoring, and application management. As part of this role, flexibility to work in shifts is essential.
- Observe the daily duties of IBM Consultants, particularly relating to application monitoring including process supervision, incident and fault diagnosis, and simple issue resolutions.
- Acquire know-how in managing low to medium complexity technical support tasks encompassing understanding of application functionality and its underlying technologies.
- Participate in scheduling and monitoring of application production.
- Engage in administration of application-related services and perform non-coding application configuration tasks.
Educational and Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates should hold or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in BSc or BCA.
- Applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling plus 3 years of higher education (12+3 academic years).
- A consistent academic record with a minimum 60% score in 10th, 12th, and college examinations is required.
