Role Summary

The Task Associate (TA) plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding operational standards that support key sales drivers, serving as a foundation for an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include keeping product displays stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The TA collaborates closely with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on performance targets, team engagement, and adherence to operational procedures and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of the store's retail objectives by executing all tasks efficiently and guaranteeing product availability for customers.
• Fulfill compliance and operational goals related to task management, including shipment handling, stock replenishment, merchandise arrangement, and inventory control.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for teammates and guests.
• Engage actively in ongoing training programs covering brand knowledge and category education to enhance skills and sales performance.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and the dress code.
• Execute merchandise resets, planogram implementations, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technologies and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked, properly labeled, and orderly, with testers available for customers.
• Uphold exceptional store standards, including cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention protocols and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred possession of a high school diploma.
• Preferred minimum of one year relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfort and proficiency using basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Physical demands include continuous movement throughout the store, frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and manual coordination during shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $25.00, with exact pay determined by education, experience, certifications, shift, location, and organizational needs. Eligible employees may receive overtime compensation as legally required. Full-time employees qualify for paid time off and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
