Job Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for creating and maintaining excellent customer service experiences. This role entails full accountability for all store operations including maximizing sales, managing profitability by controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing human resources alongside merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $24.60 and $24.85, depending on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Requirements and Work Conditions

Candidates must be at least 21 years old. The job involves significant physical activity including standing and walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Previous management experience in retail is required.
