Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our fully remote team. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying features across the application stack. Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will transform requirements into robust, well-tested code while maintaining system health as the product scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and release production-quality code spanning the entire application stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define project scopes, evaluate technical trade-offs, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Produce clean, thoroughly tested code and perform comprehensive code reviews for peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, including participating in on-call rotations as necessary.
• Contribute to architectural planning and the technical roadmap for long-term scalability.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support the improvement of internal engineering processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience delivering production software at scale.
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Strong background in working with relational databases and designing APIs using REST or GraphQL.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in system design, testing methodologies, and version control systems including Git.
• Experience in Agile or similar collaborative workflows.
