Job Summary

We seek an experienced Software Developer based in Qatar who will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining innovative software applications and technology solutions. The role requires collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams to develop applications, create system integrations, address technical challenges, and support the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain robust software applications and solutions.
• Convert business needs into efficient technical implementations.
• Write, test thoroughly, debug, and update application code as required.
• Create APIs, facilitate integrations, and develop application services.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality.
• Diagnose and resolve software defects and technical problems.
• Assist in deployment and release management activities.
• Produce and update detailed technical documentation.
• Adhere to coding standards, security policies, and development best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver superior solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and application support.
• Hands-on experience with software applications, database systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Preferred certifications related to programming, cloud technologies, databases, or software vendors.
