Role Overview
If you have experience in customer service within restaurants, retail, or call centers, this Shift Manager opportunity might suit you well. Responsibilities
Shift Managers oversee operations during their shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service each visit. This leadership role requires guiding team members and other managers to maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key duties include planning shifts, supervising performance, ensuring compliance with standards, managing safety and security, and coordinating handover communications with subsequent Shift Managers. They are also accountable for meeting sales targets and supporting departmental goals.

Requirements
