Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer to contribute to our Growth Team, focusing on creating new self-service features, improving core systems and integrations, and leading rapid testing and learning cycles across our B2B product range.
AI Integration Approach
Our teams integrate AI thoughtfully throughout development to accelerate progress without compromising quality or security, applying AI in coding, user research analysis, and design prototypes, always ensuring human oversight and thorough evaluation before release.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the experimentation infrastructure, including feature flagging, instrumentation, quality assurance, and analytics.
- Lead experiment design and execution to improve user activation, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data experts to develop hypotheses, define measurable targets, and assess experiment outcomes.
- Balance rapid development with sustainable architecture and robust security practices.
- Improve code standards, observability, and application performance.
- Support and mentor fellow engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
- Identify and leverage technical opportunities to drive new growth avenues.
- Deliver impactful technology solutions that directly influence customer satisfaction and business success.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of software development experience in a SaaS production setting.
- Proficient in backend development with modern languages such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
- Strong skills in React and/or TypeScript for developing customer-facing web applications.
- Expertise in instrumentation and analytics with the ability to establish significant success metrics.
- Independent work ethic with initiative to guide projects and shape technical strategies.
- Excellent teamwork and a mindset focused on continuous learning and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to product development driven by experimentation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Qualtrics.
- Background in security or compliance-sensitive industries.

Compensation and Benefits (Canada)
The salary range for Canadian employees is CAD 144,000 to CAD 202,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, equity grants, and various incentive programs.
