Job description
About cluetec
At cluetec, we constantly strive forward with our software solutions for digital audit and checklist management that enhance transparency and efficiency in business processes. Beyond software, we cultivate a culture where commitment and authenticity are core values. We trust one another, take responsibility, and embrace innovation. Are you ready to actively help shape our next sales chapter?
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach new target customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads, even where competitors aren’t yet present.
- Engage with inbound leads who have interacted with our content (e.g., whitepaper downloads, contact form submissions) to nurture and structure demand.
- Apply the MEDDIC qualification framework to assess if prospects have budget, genuine needs, decision-making power, and company fit, ensuring only high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) progress further.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, documenting all activities, managing pipeline visibility, and ensuring smooth handovers to Account Managers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team by providing ideas for new campaigns and content, acting as the bridge between sales and marketing to convert interest into sales opportunities.
Why Join cluetec?
- Progress: We view stagnation as a risk; we continually test new technologies, challenge old habits, and advance together positively.
- Trust: We value your independence and provide support when needed without micromanagement.
- Responsibility: You make decisions and own them. Mistakes are learning opportunities, and risk-taking is embraced as essential to growth.
- Engagement: We are passionate, reliable, and supportive teammates who step in when it matters.
- Authenticity: Be your true self, strengths and weaknesses alike. Our genuine culture builds trust within and beyond our team.
As an SDR here, you play a crucial role in our growth, work closely with marketing and sales, have room for your own ideas, and benefit from modern sales tools to see the direct impact of your work.
Candidate Profile
We prioritize personality over rote product knowledge. We seek someone with psychological resilience, excellent communication skills, and a detective-like approach to work.
- Resilience & Frustration Tolerance: Receiving a "no" motivates you to improve next time, with positivity detectable over the phone.
- Active Listening: You ask insightful questions to uncover true customer pain points.
- Empathy: You quickly build genuine rapport with strangers.
- Coachability: You welcome feedback from leaders and apply it without defensiveness.
- Detective Instinct: You enjoy uncovering information and spotting patterns.
- Self-Organization: Time management is a solid skill, not just a buzzword for you.
Professional Skills
- Storytelling: Ability to explain complex software succinctly to entice further interest.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with or willingness to learn frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
- Technology Stack: Comfortable using HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or eager to quickly master them.
- Social Selling: Skilled in building trust and adding real value on LinkedIn rather than spamming.
- Business Acumen: Quick understanding of how businesses operate and adaptability to different industries and logics.
Work Style Expectations
You combine speed (high activity) with precision (genuine personalization rather than mass spam). High volume and quality are not mutually exclusive but your hallmark.
