Job Overview
The Safety Auditor role offers expert technical support to sales teams, resellers, and clients during sales activities. It involves onsite technical assistance across multiple locations, problem solving for product/service technical issues, and helping clients optimize their use of the company's offerings. The position encompasses duties within technical sales support, potentially covering multiple disciplinary areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work permits, and job safety analyses across all installations, preventive maintenance activities, service systems, and chemical handling operations.
- Guarantee strict compliance with safety SOPs among field personnel.
- Conduct field safety audits for all service and sales operations.
- Provide training to field teams on safe service protocols.
- Strive to maintain a record of zero accidents in field activities.
- Grant safety approvals for all equipment, including those for new product launches.
- Travel extensively internationally, spending 15 to 20 days per month abroad.
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical knowledge and experience with electrical systems, including earthing and grounding.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical disciplines.
- Possession of safety certification and electrical certification qualifications.
- A professional background spanning 5 to 7 years in relevant roles.
