About the Role
As a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will be an essential part of a dedicated and high-achieving team empowered to perform confidently and take pride in your contributions. This position suits individuals with recent leadership experience who are eager to advance their career in retail.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate for this role is $18 per hour, subject to variation based on location, expertise, education, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a monthly bonus. Employees can participate in the company’s 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, combining PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year is also provided, or as required by law.
Operating hours are from 6am to 10pm with considerate scheduling practices.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify excellent customer service standards
- Maintain the store's safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Gain experience through cross-training in various store operations, including stocking and sales tasks
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members
- Assume the Leader on Duty role as scheduled
- Perform additional duties as assigned
