Role Overview

The Research & Presentations Analyst position involves creating and polishing professional presentations and documents, conducting research, and maintaining an organized repository of company resources. This full-time position operates on night shifts from offices located in Chandigarh IT Park or Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Construct and format PowerPoint presentations either from initial ideas or raw inputs, ensuring they are clean, polished, and client-ready.
• Manage large Word documents (20-30 pages) such as SOC packages, proposals, and operational reports by handling formatting, layout, text edits, and version control.
• Create basic marketing and sales materials using Canva or similar design tools, producing one-pagers, service sheets, and brochures.
• Carry out online research, compiling and organizing data into structured Google Sheets or Excel summaries.
• Maintain a well-organized digital library of templates, documents, and assets that is easy to navigate and correctly named.
• Proofread all documents before distribution to ensure accuracy and quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience within KPO or BPO settings, preferably supporting consulting, investment banking, or professional services sectors, especially in pitch decks, market research, and data management.
• Demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word beyond basic familiarity, with a strong focus on formatting capabilities.
• Be skilled with Canva or comparable graphic tools for simple creative tasks.
• Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously.
• Have good command of written English, capable of delivering clear, concise, and straightforward communication.
• Exhibit efficient research abilities, capable of promptly locating, verifying, and summarizing information.
