GovTech is committed to transforming government digital services by placing citizens and businesses at the center of its design and delivery processes.
About SEED
SEED (Security Suite for Engineering Endpoint Devices) is the Singapore Government’s zero trust endpoint security platform used across thousands of engineering devices. It supports diverse engineering teams, including those building AI-powered and autonomous systems. SEED offers secure remote access, managed productivity tools, and AI-assisted security operations to maintain a secure, seamless, and forward-looking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the SEED product roadmap to balance high security with engineering efficiency across thousands of endpoints.
- Ensure the platform is fast, reliable, and frictionless, minimizing the time for engineers to become fully compliant and productive on SEED.
- Integrate SEED with adjacent products (e.g., TechPass, GCC, M365) to provide a unified and coherent experience for users.
- Reduce operational overhead by automating onboarding processes, enabling self-service remediation, clarifying error states, and leveraging AI for efficient security analysis.
- Anticipate and support new engineering workflows including AI and agentic systems, evolving SEED capabilities accordingly.
- Collaborate with teams managing identity, device management, and security to ensure seamless end-to-end engineering device lifecycle experience.
- Drive continuous improvements in enrollment, policy enforcement, monitoring, and workflows with engineering and design teams.
- Engage with Government agencies to identify friction points and develop standardized onboarding playbooks for new device types and security profiles.
- Define and monitor key operational metrics to evaluate platform performance and user experience.
- Partner with cybersecurity authorities to align SEED’s development with national security strategies.
- Build instrumentation to trace user journeys from device enrollment to threat monitoring, enabling proactive issue resolution.
- Lead the deployment of SEED across agencies with varying cybersecurity and engineering maturity levels.
Candidate Profile
- Independent, disciplined, and highly motivated with solid product management fundamentals and a commitment to learning and growth.
- 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably with a track record of delivering impactful products or initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous scenarios with structured product thinking and shifting between strategic planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences including senior executives and technical teams.
- Experience in security platforms, zero trust architectures, endpoint management, or enterprise software is advantageous.
