Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Architect with a strong background in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR to drive HR transformation and the development of payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design payroll solutions that align closely with business and HR needs.
• Provide deep functional expertise within Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR domains.
• Evaluate current payroll processes, detect gaps, and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, business units, and technical teams to implement efficient solutions.
• Lead payroll integration efforts including testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all payroll operations adhere strictly to applicable Saudi Arabian laws and statutory guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in Payroll Architecture or Payroll Consulting roles.
• Practical expertise managing Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR functions.
• Experience working with HRIS or ERP payroll systems and related integrations.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll workflows and local Saudi payroll regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
