Online Stock Controller

About the Role

Avoca Kilmacanogue in County Wicklow is seeking a dedicated Online Stock Controller for a permanent full-time position, available immediately. The role reports directly to the Online Fulfillment Manager.

Key Duties

• Manage stock control using the EPOS system.
• Ensure the stock room is tidy and well-organized.
• Carry out regular stock counts.
• Handle goods receipt and dispatch.
• Perform stock rotation and conduct date inspections.
• Process fulfillment of online customer orders.
• Complete various additional tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational capabilities are essential.
• Physical stamina to perform in demanding conditions.
• Punctuality and reliable timekeeping.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior warehouse experience is a marked advantage.
• Familiarity with cycle counting and comprehensive stock takes.
• Knowledge of manual handling procedures preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to Avoca's high service standards.
• Experience managing goods inwards and outwards processes.
• Meridian EPOS familiarity is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
