Role Overview
The Master Data Controller will head the Master Data team within the Finance department, reporting directly to the Group Lead: Master Data. This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, dependability, and strategic value of the company’s master data by upholding high standards of data integrity, boosting operational efficiency, and driving ongoing quality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Master Data team to ensure consistent accuracy and reliability of core data.
- Enhance operational processes through continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality.
- Provide timely and useful data insights enabling data-driven business decisions.
- Foster effective communication and strong collaboration across various stakeholders to support data-driven operations throughout the organisation.
