Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for outlining intricate insurance concepts, terms, premiums, benefits, exclusions, and claims policies in an easy-to-understand manner. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients via network connections, referrals, and outreach within community groups.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound cold calls and manage responses to inbound inquiries.
- Communicate clearly the features, benefits, and pricing of insurance products.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Fluency in Kannada, along with strong English, Telugu, and Hindi language abilities.
- Experience working in sales and the insurance field is necessary.
