Job Overview
As a Human Resource Lead at Qikrecruit, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process throughout India, while advancing hiring capabilities for the US market. This role involves leading and nurturing a team of three full-time Talent Acquisition and HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process across India from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and expand recruitment strategies and capabilities focused on the US market.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 full-time employees within Talent Acquisition and HR functions.
- Collaborate closely with company founders to establish a structured recruitment process transitioning from founder-led efforts to manager-led hiring.
