Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating Farm Boy's welcoming and fresh shopping atmosphere. This position involves exceptional customer interaction, ensuring product quality and presentation, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and supporting team efforts to sustain Farm Boy’s reputation for quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide warm, confident, and positive customer service that embodies Farm Boy’s dedication to a premier fresh shopping experience.
• Greet and assist customers, adhering to Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about products offered.
• Package, stock, and rotate products on counters and shelves, maintaining high-quality display and precise signage.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and orderly.
• Comply fully with corporate policies, emphasizing Health & Safety, Food Safety protocols, and correct equipment use.
• Execute designated opening and closing procedures and assist other team members as needed.
• Assist with additional team duties periodically to support overall team success.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong passion for delivering engaging and outstanding customer service experiences.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial; however, an appropriate combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Capable of working independently with attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment involving multiple deadlines, prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and exposure to cooler, freezer, and outdoor settings.
• Availability and flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English required; French language skills are considered a plus.
