Role Overview

The position of 3D Project Designer involves crafting intricate 3D concepts and visual representations specifically for leather-centered interior and architecture projects. Located full-time onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the role requires the development and refinement of design schemes, preparation of construction documentation, and management of project submissions. Collaboration with architects, project leaders, and production personnel ensures designs meet operational demands, client requirements, and brand guidelines. Routine duties encompass space planning, transforming client briefs into sophisticated 3D models, curating presentation materials, and aiding project execution through precise technical drawings and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven skills in Architecture, especially relating to interior layout and material-based design methodology.
• Capability in generating detailed Construction Drawings and managing Submittals to facilitate approvals and documentation coordination.
• Expertise in Space Planning to achieve optimal functional, aesthetic, and user-focused designs.
• Experience in Project Management to monitor timelines, liaise among stakeholders, and promote punctual project completion.
• Advanced proficiency with 3D design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalents is strongly preferred.
• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a comparable field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to detail, quality standards, and safety.
• Previous on-site work experience with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with Saudi Arabia's local construction practices is beneficial.
