Join the Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation as a Talent & Recruitment Intern and actively participate in our talent acquisition efforts, contributing to our mission of improving healthcare access for underserved communities. Collaborate with the HR team to source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates, gaining valuable experience in recruitment processes in a remote, part-time setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies on diverse platforms and perform initial resume screening.
- Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen candidates and arrange subsequent interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling and assist with interview logistics.
- Support drafting of offer letters and assist with conducting background verification on prospective hires.
- Help organize recruitment campaigns such as job fairs and other events to identify potential candidates.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to develop innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Keep meticulous records of candidate profiles and recruitment-related activities.
