About PropPie
PropPie is an innovative platform that offers fractional ownership in premium real estate, enabling everyday investors across India to own shares of high-value properties in prime locations, primarily in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune) and Karnataka (Bengaluru). Investors can purchase affordable shares starting from 100,000 INR, bypassing the challenges of full ownership such as maintenance and heavy capital requirements. PropPie manages curated residential, commercial, and plot properties including legal processes, due diligence, rental income distribution, and exit strategies, making real estate investment accessible, transparent, and liquid.
Internship Responsibilities
- Work alongside the development team to create and sustain full-stack applications and data pipelines on the platform.
- Develop and repair frontend components using Next.js/React, including forms, dashboards, and charts.
- Design and extend backend APIs and AWS Lambda functions in TypeScript, utilizing DynamoDB and S3 storage solutions.
- Construct and maintain data ingestion pipelines sourcing data from APIs, web feeds, and other inputs into organized storage systems.
- Implement data validation, deduplication processes, and quality assurance checks to ensure reliability of analytics data.
- Write SQL queries to support analytics endpoints and develop data models.
- Support development of an AI-driven chat assistant involving prompt creation, tool enhancements, and routing mechanisms.
- Develop unit tests that mock external dependencies and address bugs identified during code reviews.
- Stay informed on evolving trends and technologies in software development.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance platform performance and overall functionality.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad.
- Must be able to commence the internship between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
- Commitment of 6 months duration is required.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.
