About the Internship
This internship provides an opportunity to engage in project management activities supporting various strategic initiatives across administration, operations, HR, marketing, and social media under the guidance of the CEO. Key tasks include coordinating projects, conducting research, managing communications, and supporting sales and admissions efforts.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination of key projects and ensure tracking of timelines and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify emerging business opportunities and assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage internal and external communications, support stakeholder coordination, and prepare follow-up updates.
- Identify and document opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency, including SOP documentation and implementation of productivity tools.
- Engage in sales and admission activities by reaching out to prospective students, providing information on courses, handling CRM data, and supporting admission targets.
- Utilize MS Access to maintain and analyze project data and assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai and available full-time on-site for a 3-month internship.
- Internship start date should be between August 25, 2026, and September 29, 2026.
- Applicants should have relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
- MBA graduates specialized in marketing or operations are preferred.
