About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of mechanical products and components. The role involves supporting tasks such as 3D modeling, design, fabrication, assembly, and testing. You will play a part in troubleshooting and improving mechanical designs and assist with various other product development duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
- Assist in creating 3D models and supporting basic mechanical designs.
- Participate in fabrication, assembling, and testing phases to validate designs.
- Help identify issues with mechanical functionality and support their resolution.
- Conduct testing procedures and advise on improvements based on results.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Ideal candidates have experience with hands-on academic or personal mechanical projects.
- Open to final year students and recent graduates.
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting 6 months, starting between September 3rd and October 8th, 2026.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests related to mechanical product development.
Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical design.
- Experience with 3D modeling software.
