About the Internship

Join Regalia, a Wedding Design Studio specializing in bespoke wedding invitations, luxury stationery, elegant shagun envelopes, signature packaging, and e-invites with a timeless aesthetic. We are seeking a motivated and imaginative Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of high-quality designs across wedding invitations, stationery, packaging, and digital media. This internship provides an opportunity to develop professional design skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing designs for wedding invitations and associated stationery items.
• Develop creative concepts for invitation boxes, envelopes, sweet and dry fruit boxes, and celebratory packaging.
• Design promotional graphics and social media content.
• Create basic product mockups and visually appealing design presentations.
• Focus on various design elements including typography, layout arrangements, color schemes, and overall visual balance.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and improve design outputs.
• Prepare artwork files adhering to fundamental print and production specifications.
• Ensure all designs remain true to Regalia's premium and consistent visual style.
• Organize and maintain design files with proper folder structure for easy access.
• Collaborate with the design team to assist with ongoing client projects.

Packaging design will constitute the principal workload, thus applicants must be familiar with dielines, bleeds, margins, and setting up print-ready production files.

Eligibility and Other Requirements

• Applicants must be available to work remotely.
• Must be able to start between August 31, 2026, and October 5, 2026.
• Availability for a two-month commitment is required.
• Candidates should possess applicable graphic design skills and interests.
• Proficiency with Illustrator or CorelDRAW is mandatory.
• Applicants proficient only in Canva, AI design tools, or video editing are discouraged from applying.
• Selection includes evaluation through a trial assignment following profile review.

Additional Information

• Stipend ranges from 3000 to 4500 INR per month.
• Internship duration is 2 months with immediate start.
• Number of openings: 2.
• Work hours are flexible to accommodate intern preferences.
• A letter of recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.
