STA Synthesis Engineer

Role Overview

L&T Technology Services is seeking experienced Static Timing Analysis (STA) Engineers for their Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in timing closure, particularly for high-frequency, congestion-prone, and area-sensitive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Front-End (FE) team to formulate and refine design constraints.
• Coordinate with partition/block owners to generate timing ECOs that assist in achieving timing closure.
• Employ advanced timing closure methodologies and optimize design performance.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in STA engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.
• Strong command over timing closure techniques tailored for high-frequency and complex designs.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools from Synopsys or Cadence.
• Experience working with DSM technologies, particularly TSMC 5nm process technology or smaller.
• Good scripting abilities to automate and streamline processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
