Role Overview

The Spa Therapist is tasked with delivering an array of superior spa treatments tailored to guest satisfaction, comfort, and relaxation. The role encompasses personalized client care, upholding service quality standards, and adding to the luxurious spa ambiance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer diverse spa procedures such as massages, facials, body exfoliations, and wraps.
• Evaluate guests' requirements and suggest suitable treatment options.
• Ensure treatment areas are clean, well-prepared, and sufficiently stocked with supplies.
• Stay informed on the latest spa products, services, and industry trends.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy a soothing and indulgent experience.
• Strictly follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Encourage spa service and product usage to boost guest experience and sales.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline.
• Certified in specialized spa treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa techniques.
• At least two years of spa therapist experience within a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Expertise in a broad range of massage methods and spa treatments.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
