Job description
About the Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be conducting discovery sessions with new clients to accurately capture their requirements. You will then undertake the hands-on task of configuring the Simplifi software to align with those needs. Additionally, you will facilitate client training to empower them to manage and expand the system independently. Your involvement will extend to supporting deployment, running tests, and efficiently addressing issues prior to the system's full deployment across the organization.
Post-Deployment Support
Following the system launch, you will act as the main liaison for clients during a 90-day HyperCare phase. This includes quickly establishing rapport, asking insightful questions, creating clear and precise support tickets, confirming issue resolutions, and maintaining regular communication with clients before transitioning support responsibilities to the dedicated Support team.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have approximately one to two years of experience in SaaS, software support, or helpdesk environments. We seek individuals who are both technically curious and well-organized, with excellent interpersonal skills. A key strength is the ability to translate requirements from non-technical customers into actionable Simplifi configurations; experience in this translation process is highly valued.
Although not mandatory, experience in payroll or rostering systems is considered beneficial. Engineering expertise is not required, but a strong desire to understand SaaS functionality and the patience to investigate issues thoroughly is essential.
