Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that align with Fiserv's business objectives. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications, coding and debugging applications, maintaining existing codebases, and leading code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software design, development, and deployment to support business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage in coding, testing, and debugging to ensure reliable and efficient software performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while overseeing peer review processes.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance to improve team skills.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 6 years in software development.
• At least 3 years experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or related languages.
• 3+ years working with SQL databases.
• Proficient with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for 3+ years.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies for over 3 years.
• Practiced in Agile development environments for at least 3 years.
• Equivalent of 6+ years of combined education, relevant experience, or military service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in the financial services domain is advantageous.
