Role Overview

As we continue expanding rapidly, our People team supports Wise's growth and development. We seek a seasoned Senior Reward Partner to elevate our compensation strategy, designing frameworks that empower leaders to make informed pay decisions and enhancing our overall total reward offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive reward activities including the planning, design, and deployment of compensation programs while collaborating closely with the Global Benefits team to define our Total Rewards strategy.
• Conduct benchmarking across various functions and regions, develop and reassess pay structures, and create guidelines to ensure market competitiveness, fair pay, and adherence to regulations.
• Partner with stakeholders to oversee the annual budgeting process and coordinate salary review cycles.
• Drive impactful reward projects aligned with Wise's growth, enhancing and scaling compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with business leaders and People team members worldwide to advance key reward objectives.
• Serve as a resource for market price referencing, role evaluation, compensation analysis, and recommendation generation.
• Track market trends in rewards, assess options, and advise on policy updates to follow best practices.
• Design and implement communications and engagement initiatives to educate leaders and employees about reward programs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to boost the efficacy of reward initiatives and elevate the Reward team's capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience covering diverse Reward topics, emphasizing compensation benchmarking using multiple external data sources and survey tools, along with a solid understanding of bonuses, equity programs, and related areas.
• Proven background in fast-moving environments, adept at managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and crafting solutions sensitive to various legislative and cultural frameworks.
• Track record of owning reward projects from scoping to completion, demonstrating capability to plan and deliver impactful outcomes through hands-on involvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with leadership and simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficient in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets (e.g., Excel and similar tools) and articulating clear, compelling narratives.
