Job description
Role Overview
Penspen is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position involves supervising various engineering duties, managing construction and fabrication processes, and applying in-depth knowledge of engineering standards such as API and ASME.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of twelve years of professional experience, with at least six years dedicated to Mechanical Engineering roles within major Oil and Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Demonstrated comprehensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project lifecycles, with a focus on offshore construction.
- Hands-on involvement in offshore projects encompassing commissioning, operation, and startup phases.
- Experience working on ARAMCO projects is considered a valuable asset.
