Security Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Northern Ireland on a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week. In this position, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our customers, employees, and premises, while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our brand's positive reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a supportive and communicative team member.
• Monitor and control access to buildings and surrounding areas to maintain security.
• Execute safe and efficient security operations at all times.
• Ensure overall safety of the facility premises.
• Assist the public by responding to general inquiries.
• Promote and represent Northern Ireland with a positive image.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships easily.
• Show resilience and determination in carrying out duties.
• Have prior experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a professional and smart appearance.
• Exhibit initiative individually while also being an effective team player.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Maintain keen attention to detail.
• Understand applicable health and safety protocols, as well as relevant criminal laws and security operations.
