Role Overview

We seek motivated Salesforce professionals for our expanding Customer Experience Transformation practice. The role involves client-facing consulting and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. The position focuses primarily on enterprise-scale transformation projects rather than only maintenance, delivering impactful business value through greenfield initiatives and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions closely collaborating with technical leads, architects, and business consultants.
• Develop custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Flow Orchestration, and integration capabilities.
• Produce maintainable, high-quality, and well-tested code aligned with best engineering and security practices.
• Leverage AI-supported development approaches across the software development lifecycle for enhanced productivity and quality.
• Contribute to Agile and DevOps workflows including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, and release management.
• Develop reusable components and accelerators to improve solution delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
• Investigate and adopt emerging Salesforce features such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce AI, and low-code automations.
• Participate in presales activities including solution design, estimations, demos, and client engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce domains, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow automation, integrations, security frameworks, and data modeling.
• Experience in building Flow-orchestrated automation solutions.
• Familiarity or exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI products, or Data Cloud preferred.
• Comfortable working within Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
• Ability to create reusable assets that increase delivery quality and accelerate project timelines.
