Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service that drives store sales and profitability. Your primary focus will be ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience, assisting them with their needs, and sharing your expertise in fashion and products. You will also help maintain an organized, inviting store environment through effective garment care and store operations. Collaboration and support for your team members are essential to creating a positive workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every shopper.
• Organize and display clothing items by folding, hanging, and merchandise presentation to enhance sales potential.
• Regularly stock, replenish, and manage merchandise both on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Receive and prepare new merchandise including unpacking, labeling, and applying security tags.
• Assist customers with purchases and handle returns efficiently at the register.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills, ability to handle stress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-centric approach, always prioritizing customer satisfaction while representing the brand positively.
• Passion for fashion and an awareness of current fashion trends.
• Proactive selling attitude with confidence in identifying and meeting customer needs.
• Team spirit with a helpful, collaborative mindset.

Additional Details
