About the Role
As a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will be an integral part of a high-functioning team, equipped and empowered to perform your tasks efficiently. Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate for this position is approximately $18.00 per hour, subject to factors such as location, qualifications, skills, education, and experience. Additional compensation includes eligibility for a monthly bonus. Comprehensive benefits for employees and their families include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and access to the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Employees accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, covering vacation, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as paid sick leave up to 64 hours per year, with adjustments according to applicable laws.
Work Schedule
Work hours respect operational times, ranging from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify professional customer service standards
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized
- Cross-train to perform stocking and sales associate tasks
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Fulfill duties as the Leader on Duty during scheduled shifts
- Carry out any additional assigned responsibilities
