Role Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is essential to supporting Crusoe's rapid expansion and mission alignment with clean energy. This position serves as the core operational resource within the recruitment process, ensuring each candidate experiences a highly organized, professional, and engaging journey. The role requires balancing strong organizational skills, adaptability, and discretion to support a high-volume, global hiring operation. It is a full-time role based in Dublin, offering flexibility for occasional remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate extensive interview scheduling in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple time zones and stages.
- Engage with candidates directly, confirming travel arrangements and interview details to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
- Manage complex calendars proactively, resolving conflicts and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System, tracking candidate progress and ensuring timely feedback.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams to support onboarding and hiring events.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in operational roles such as Recruiting Coordinator or Executive Assistant in dynamic environments.
- Advanced skills in calendar management and schedule coordination across multiple global time zones.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Technical proficiency with platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential recruitment and personnel data.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset focused on problem solving and minimizing operational disruptions.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Scaling recruiting operations in fast-growing startups or technology organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent operations.
- Experience coordinating event planning, interview days, and workplace operations.
- Supporting senior executives and cross-functional leadership directly.
