Python Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Python Fullstack Developers to contribute to complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces for a diverse clientele. Candidates will work with emerging technologies and be constantly trained to enhance their skills as polyglots. Ideal applicants are proactive problem solvers focused on delivering end-to-end technology solutions, primarily through design and coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom platforms and innovative solutions in Agile environments, collaborating with expert developers and technical user groups.
• Engage in large-scale digital platform development using cloud-native architectures, particularly AWS services.
• Co-create new products and contribute to open-source projects, continuously updating technical expertise.
• Analyze business requirements to design robust application and database architectures, both high and low level.
• Work with AWS Aurora database to optimize data models and performance.
• Design and implement solution architectures on AWS, making critical technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions with best practices, including integration with Python, GraphQL, and ReactJS.
• Provide technical leadership across development teams focusing on code quality, system performance, reusability, and best practice adherence.
• Write and review code with emphasis on unit testing and automated testing frameworks to ensure robust software.
• Monitor backend systems to maintain scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective debugging and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Review team deliverables and mentor developers on technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and AWS cloud services, ideally demonstrated by AWS certification.
• Experience working with AWS Lambda, GraphQL, ReactJS, and AWS Aurora database.
• Deep understanding of system design, design patterns, and data structures & algorithms (DSA).
• Practical knowledge of full-stack technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React and Angular, and backend tools such as Django and Flask.
• Capability to build and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications.

Applicants must have educational qualifications of B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization. This role involves working closely with Fortune 500 companies and is based in Kolkata, India. Candidates will be expected to contribute to complex engineering projects using advanced cloud technologies and modern development practices.
